Registration costs for children through 5th Grade are free for the weekend (children must be registered).
Caln Quarter invites all Friends and guests to join Camp Swatara Annual Gathering of Friends. See the PAY AS LED program description in the brochure. If you are registering as a family and are staying in the Cabin or West Retreat or West Lodge, you may use PAY AS LED to reduce or waive the weekend fee.
Each person (all ages) needs to register with the Ticket Options below. The tickets correspond with the Camp Swatara Brochure descriptions (click HERE to access the brochure). Please review the brochure before registering. Online registration is the same as last year. There are four steps to register listed below. 1) We have a weekend fee that covers our overhead costs for the weekend; 2) a fee for overnight lodging, 3) meals, and 4) payment. The cost to attend Camp Swatara is higher than five years ago (before times) for the same reasons as many other services you use.
Step 1: If you are registering only yourself, the number of "tickets" is one. Indicate any dietary needs. If you are registering more than one person, please add one ticket for each person for the weekend fee (except children through 5th grade are free--register children on this page as well). Include contact information for each person. If you are registering for a PYM MSF, YF, or YAF program, please check the applicable category.
Step 2: If you are staying overnight, register for a sleeping area. Pick a room (fixed fee; other than cabins, rooms are up to five people per room).
Step 3: Choose meals you would like.
Step 4: Payment.
Please note that we may be taking photographs during the weekend. If you do not want to be included in photographs, please email [email protected] We will include that information at the registration table when you arrive.
